What you will do:

- Technical configuration of cloud service integrations
- General technical support for existing customers
- Internal automation tasks


What we expect from you:

- Fluent English, good conversational skills in English
- At least one year of experience in a similar position (CRM implementation/ IP telephony/ integrations)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, development experience is a plus
- Experience in tech support is also a plus
- Analytical mindset, strong logical thinking skills
- You are self-organized, able to learn quickly, and strive for growth

Work conditions:

- Working remotely, in Eastern Time zone (difference with Moscow time in the summer is +7 hours, in the winter +8 hours)
- Full-time 10 am - 6 pm, up to 40 hours per week
- Work time tracking in TimeCamp и ClickUp
- Payment 2 times a month through PayPal
