As the company began getting traction and generating new leads, they realized they needed to expand their team. At the time, there was a need for sales managers and someone in charge of administrative tasks. However, as the company was new and still trying to stay afloat, although necessary, hiring new employees would be a big financial decision for Green Ductors at the time.

As hiring remotely is considerably less costly, the company's founder and CEO decided to give it a try. At first, however, he was skeptical because of his previous unsuccessful experience when he together with his team hired a remote worker by themselves.

We met with Green Ductors' CEO to discuss the company's recruitment goals and create personalized recruitment and onboarding plans to achieve them.

Planning + interviews
For a sales manager, the founder and CEO wanted a bilingual speaker (Russian - English) with a high English language proficiency and the opportunity to work in New York timezone. Thanks to the IT solutions we use at HRimplant, we were able to manage dozens of applications from candidates living in different countries. Within the first 10 days, we conducted a number of video interviews and introduced the first two candidates to the CEO.
Test tasks
After the first round of interviews, we selected the 10 best candidates. As it was a sales manager position, we wanted to see the candidates in action, watch them perform under pressure. That is why, for this case we chose situational tasks and role play interviews. Each candidate was presented with a task that needed to be done in the same moment.
Onboarding
In a month, we were ready to present the new sales manager to the Green Ductor's team. However, to ensure a smooth transition and educate both the new employee and his manager about how to efficiently communicate with each other, we stuck around for a little longer.

HRimplant offered a personalized onboarding plan which included helping the new team member learn about the company's key objectives, as well as vision and culture. Thanks to our experience in the onboarding of remote employees, in a few weeks, the new at the time sales manager Ayub was able to work on his own without extra supervision.
Quality control
Upon the CEO's request, we also helped Green Ductors set up a quality control system. We used our IT solutions to regularly update the CEO on how his sales manager was doing and whether he was reaching the sales goals. We were able to help the sales manager learn by checking his call recordings together with him. Based on that learning, we were able to help the CEO create working sales scripts that are now still used for the company.

During that time, we conducted 500 interviews and created a 100% remote team working from Russia, Belarus, Macedonia, Columbia, France and Italy for Green Ductors.


What's next?
Green Ductors decided to hire more remote workers and they trusted us with that task. In the next few months, we were busy looking for another sales manager, two marketing managers and an administrative manager.

During that time, we conducted 500 interviews and created a 100% remote team working from Russia, Belarus, Macedonia, Columbia, France and Italy for Green Ductors.
