What you will do:

  • Active search of online platform for providing tenders in the construction industry, search information online, dialing & clarification of conditions for publishing;
  • Listing information & preparing materials according to agreements;
  • Select objects for deal, active collaboration with estimator and accountant;
  • Preparing & sending of commercial proposals, negotiation with potential clients, progressive work from active client's base;
  • Everyday communication with potential partners and clients (calling, emailing, follow up, etc.), to be one point of contact for the clients' questions.
What we expect from you:

  • Advanced English, ability to fluently communicate with English-speaking clients on a daily basis;
  • Strong communication skills, oral & written, readiness to spend lots of time communicating with people;
  • Negotiations skills, work experience of deal agreement conditions;
  • Successful work experience of a minimum 18 months in sales as, work experience in construction industry/ in online sales of offline products will be a plus;
  • Ability to search and find necessary information online, provide market research, systemize & analyze information, make conclusions;
  • You know how to stay positive and calm under pressure and manage stress;
  • You are able and willing to organize your day on your own, are self-directed, and always strive for growth without supervision;
  • You are genuinely interested in learning about US b2b market, as well as the industry.

Work conditions:

  • Full-time remote job, Eastern time zone working hours ( for Moscow plus 7 hours in summer and 8 hours in winter), second part of the day for Europe, CIS & Russian federation countries and night-time for Asia

Payment:


  • Payment of salary will be twice a month, transfer via PayPal or another convenient service for both sides
  • Salary in a trial period of work is only fixed part-time, after getting first contract agreement it will be fixed part-time plus percentage of any deal amount
